Shipping & Returns

• Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India. No minimum order value.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location (metros are faster; remote PIN codes can take longer).
• We ship via trusted courier partners with end-to-end tracking — you receive the tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp/email as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Both prepaid (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery are available.

You can request cancellation of an order from your Orders page any time before it is dispatched. Our team reviews every cancellation request, normally within 24–48 hours. Once your request is approved, the order is cancelled and any prepaid amount is refunded to the original payment method. You can track the status of your request on the order page.

Not in love with it? Return it within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• the item is unused and undamaged,
• original tags and packaging are intact, and
• you have the order confirmation (in your account).

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +91 96880 03323 with your order number. We arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
• COD orders are refunded by bank transfer / UPI.
• Cancellation refunds are initiated once our team approves your cancellation request, and usually reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full — including return shipping.
