These terms govern your use of thebagfolio.com and every purchase made on it. The website is operated by BagFolio (Proprietor: Tamil Selvan), having its place of business at No 41, KS Nagar, 14th Cross Street, Kaavangarai, Puzhal, Chennai - 600066, Tamil Nadu, India(“BagFolio”, “we”). You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. The price you see is the price you pay — no tax is added at checkout.
• Shipping within India is free on all orders.
• We photograph products accurately, but minor colour variation can occur due to screens and natural materials.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; if we cancel an order for a pricing error you receive a full refund.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed (prepaid) or when we confirm dispatch (cash on delivery). Payments are processed by Razorpay — cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock errors or address issues; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Orders are dispatched within 0–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–7 business days across India via our courier partners, with tracking shared by SMS/WhatsApp/email. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

• You may request cancellation of an order from your Orders page any time before it is dispatched. Cancellation requests are reviewed and approved by our team, normally within 24–48 hours.
• Once a cancellation is approved, a full refund of any amount paid is initiated to the original payment method. Refunds are not automatic — they are issued upon approval of the cancellation request.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval (for cancellations) or of the returned item passing inspection (for returns).
• Items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped are replaced or refunded in full — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

All content on this website — the BagFolio name, logo, photography, text and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website: no unauthorised access, scraping of personal data, fraudulent orders, false reviews, or interference with the service. (Automated access to our public catalog by search engines and AI assistants is welcome — see robots.txt.)

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which cannot be waived. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer law rights (which let you approach the consumer forum where you reside), courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
